The sessions will be live on zoom. You will be sent the links one week before the workshop.
Yes! We will be editing each session into a separate video for easy re-play, so allow about 1 week to receive the recordings.
Each session is around 45-60 minutes long.
There will be breaks including a 1 hour stop for lunch.
Your are very welcome to drop in and out of individual sessions – we understand that some of you may to fit in school runs etc.
We will be send out a time table along with the zoom links so that you can plan your day around your needs.

This is not a “sit back and watch”, passive programme. Instead this program will guide you and support taking small steps towards your goal and we will be using workbooks to help you through each session.
For those who book before 14th Jan there is also bundle templates to support you post workshop with your ongoing needs. each day as “homework”, then give you feedback to help you develop even further!
