Understanding infant mental health isn’t just about what’s happening in a baby’s brain — it’s about what’s happening between the baby and the people who love and care for them.
This course explores how relationships, environments, and everyday interactions shape the emotional world of babies from birth to two years old. We’ll unpack big ideas like attachment, regulation, and trauma — but in a way that’s grounded, guilt-free, and supportive. Whether you’re an educator, supporter, or practitioner, you’ll come away with tools to build stronger connections and support families with confidence, compassion, and clarity.
