You’ve been sitting with this for a while, haven’t you?
You’ve followed the experts’ socials. Joined the groups. Bought the books. Maybe even looked at courses.
Somewhere in the back of your mind, a question has been building:
Could this actually be mine?
But a few things are keeping you stuck
Qualifications, courses, accreditation, regulation — you can’t tell what actually matters… or what’s right for you. So you stay in research mode, because you're not confident in what everyone is telling you.
Free classes at one end. Expensive retreats at the other. Cancelled classes sitting in the middle. No clear sense of what you can earn or how to do marketing that works. What if you put time, money, and energy into this… and it goes nowhere?
The flexibility — school runs, sick days etc sound perfect. But you've signed up to things before and life got in the way. How do you make sure this doesn't disappear into the chaos too?
Being part of the change
The maternity system is under enormous pressure, and parents are navigating it with less support, less continuity, and less time than they deserve.
You’ve probably felt that maybe even experienced it, the gaps, the inconsistencies, the sense that something isn’t working as it should.
The people who educate and support families are part of how that changes.
If you care about what happens to families during pregnancy and beyond, and you’ve wondered whether you could play a role in that, you’re in the right place.
Here’s what you’ll learn during
Obsession to Opportunity.
An honest look at the different pathways and what each one actually involves — from earnings to start-up and training costs.
What your first year might look like, what you do (and don’t) need, and how to start narrowing down which path fits you.
In a world of rising intervention and trauma, what actually makes support feel transformative?
What leads to the thank-you emails, the word-of-mouth referrals, and parents recommending you to everyone they know — and why it’s got less to do with evidence-based information than you might think.
What accreditation and regulation really mean, what insurance you actually need, and how to properly evaluate a training provider.
You’ll also leave with our comparison and scoring workbook – no more research paralysis!
How to price your support from premium to sliding scale and free. What techniques get your classes and services booked and what’s a waste of your time. And why the competitors you are worried about are far less of a problem than you think.
Not the flexible career promise you have seen, the honest version. Tips and tricks to fitting your business around kids, a life that is already full and other invisible loads like neurodivergence. Safeguarding your family time and your mental load for a sustainable future.
Built across five days, your informed plan for your future in one document. Your why, your pathway, your numbers, your first steps and your progression. Built as you go. A solid foundation for your future business that saves you time, money, and energy from day one.

Meet Your Host – Lizzie
(I’m the one with the pelvis!)
I started my career in marketing, working for companies like McDonald’s and Saab, before retraining as a midwife, where I developed an obsession with antenatal education.
…and had my heart broken by a system that didn’t give parents what they deserved. I left determined to change that from the outside.
Since then, I’ve worked with thousands of parents, trained over 1,500 students, and spent nine years in postgraduate study.
Most of that time has been focused on one question: what actually makes the difference between classes that are nice, and ones that genuinely change outcomes for parents?
That led me to develop a way of teaching that’s fundamentally different from anything else in this field.
It is why parents travelled two hours specifically to work with me, why I had waiting lists, and why celebrities booked me.
It’s also why ATI is now a multiple award-winning training company, and why I’ve gone on to become a best-selling author.
Because I know birth and business, I can show you strategies and techniques that can lead to £5k to £7k months, rather than cancelled classes and burnout.
Got Questions?
Nope is the short answer.
This challenge is for anyone who is passionate about birth and the perinatal world, whatever their background. What matters is that you care about this work and want to understand what it could look like for you.
Yes — absolutely.
You don’t need to have anything figured out before joining. This challenge is designed for people who are curious, reflective, and exploring what their next chapter could look like.
Many people join because something about this work keeps pulling at them, even if they can’t quite name why yet. The purpose of the challenge is to help you gain clarity, perspective, and confidence, not to push you into a decision.
If you’re wondering “Could this be for me?”, you’re in exactly the right place.
You’re in for a treat, this is support that actually fits into real life.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a link to join a private WhatsApp community. Come on in, say hello, and get settled. Everything happens there.
Each day for five days, I’ll post a link to a short pre-recorded video (around 5 -15 minutes) directly into the group, along with anything else that’s relevant for that day. There’s no faffing around in your inbox, chasing links, or wondering if you missed something.
You can watch the videos in your own time, whenever it suits you — on the school run, while cooking dinner, or once the house is quiet. Nothing is live, so you don’t need to be available at a specific time.
You’ll also be able to use the WhatsApp group to ask questions, reflect, and join the conversation throughout the week. Instead of a one-hour Zoom session, you get five days of 24/7 access and support, with space to ask things as they come up (I’m not saying, I will respond to a message at 2 am, but at least you can ask when it pops into your head!)
That’s completely okay, and very common.
This challenge is designed for real life. The videos are pre-recorded, so you can watch them whenever it works for you. There’s no expectation to be present at a certain time, and you won’t be “behind” if you miss a day.
Some people watch every video on the day it’s shared. Others dip in and out, or catch up over the weekend. All of that is fine.
There’s no pressure to post, comment, or complete everything perfectly. This isn’t about keeping up, it’s about taking what’s useful for you,and supporting you with what you need support with.
You don’t need more to-do lists or deadlines. You just need space to explore, ask questions and gain confidence to move forward, and this is built to give you exactly that.
At the end of the five days the WhatsApp group closes, but you keep everything you have built, including your Birth Work Blueprint, to take forward in your own time.
I’ll explain what continuing this journey could look like and invite you along.
This will include an invite into a special training cohort, and links to join our free community spaces.
But, there’s no pressure, no follow-ups chasing you, and no expectation to commit.
You’re very welcome here.
This challenge isn’t just for people starting out; it’s also for those who are already trained and offering services.
These 5 days are also for those who are putting real effort in… but finding that the results don’t quite match the energy they’re giving, Many people reach a point where they’re teaching, posting, planning, and showing up — yet classes aren’t filling consistently, enquiries feel sporadic, or everything relies on pushing rather than flowing.
Perhaps their work feels a bit fragmented or harder than it needs to be, but feel like things could flow more smoothly, be more connected, or create greater impact without adding more hours.
Over the five days, we’ll explore how to build clearer pathways, connect what you already offer, and position your work in a way that feels more natural, more sustainable, and easier to communicate — both to parents and to professionals.
This isn’t about collecting more certificates to add more services – thats the sure fire way to burnout. It’s about refining your role, strengthening your message, and creating services that work together, so your impact (and income) can grow without everything resting on you doing more.
Yep. No catch, no obligation. The five days are designed to be genuinely valuable on their own.
At the end of the challenge, I’ll share an optional next step for those who feel ready to go further — but whether you join or not is entirely up to you.
As a thank you for taking part, I’ll be gifting a few supportive extras during the week, including a copies of my best selling book “From Calling to Career”, and a 1:1 Power Hour.
These are gifted during the week so the best way to be in with a chance is simply to show up and get involved!
You have been thinking about this for a while.
You already know this work matters. You already care more about it than most people around you understand. This is five days to find out whether it can actually be yours — what it really takes, what it genuinely pays, and what your first step looks like.
